Covid-19 Customer Update
Australia Post deliveries during COVID-19 have increased to more than 2 million parcels every day, this is even greater than their busiest Christmas period. Cancelled flights, social distancing requirements, and massive parcel volumes have led to significant domestic and international delivery delays. We are experiencing delays of up to 3 weeks in some areas and due to the non-contact protocols, parcels are not being scanned, making tracking difficult. We would like to request that you do not use the Express Post option as delivery can not be guaranteed in the required time frame and we will not issue credits for delayed services.
